In this respect, the application of a modeling language of normal items specifically UML is an element of such systems. For that matter, UML offers a number of fixed and vibrant illustrations that explicitly identify the system and its behavior. In other words, the use of UML allows the project manager to precisely describe project needs. Thus UML, if applied appropriately, ensures simplified communication among team members.The project manager must be cognizant of the fact that project activities must aim at risk reduction and management, high productivity and quality, and implementation of the project. In this respect, project development is detached from the managerial scope.
